Subject	TPS broken?

Message	I recently upgraded to z1 throttle bodies and i cant get my TPS to go below .56. i have the stops set on the throttle bodies to be just a hair from being all the way closed(i didnt want them to slam close everytime i let off the pedel). should i replace the TPS? the only other thing i can think of is to make the slots in the mount longer but i really dont want to do that. any help would be great!
